For members
We set up time for individuals that have real issues with technology, or problems with focusing or following simple instructions. These micro-events are usually presented by junior staff members, or people whom themselves have little or no technical knowledge.
As you can see here, an art exhibit is completely ignored as a volunteer attempts to explain how to take a picture on an iPhone. The individual with the iPhone believes that the volunteer is the exhibit.
